Building Bridges does not provide legal advice, legal representation, adversarial representation against schools, medical diagnosis, or mental-health treatment. Consultation does not guarantee eligibility determinations, required school action, or particular educational outcomes.

April can help parents understand the special education process and procedural safeguards. That support is educational, not legal guidance.

April currently works as a director within a New Jersey school system and does not work with families whose children attend that school system.

Services are expected to be primarily virtual. This website does not offer nationwide services.

Additional professional, ethical, employment, geographic, and conflict-of-interest terms will be confirmed before they are presented as public policy. Formal terms of engagement will accompany any paid work.
